Wave soldering Blister Injection spray nozzle flux ST-6 ST-5 spray head

Spray nozzle flux is a device used in various industrial processes, such as Wave soldering or coating applications, blister machines, and fuel injection machines to apply flux onto a surface in a controlled manner. Flux is a chemical substance that helps improve the wetting and bonding of materials, typically in soldering applications.

Wave soldering Blister Injection spray nozzle flux ST-6 ST-5 spray head

Product Details:

Specification:

Material:
Made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material, it can be used for water spray, oil spray, glue spray, and flux use.
Machine can be used:
Wave soldering, blister machine, fuel injection machine
Anti-drip:
When the gas is turned off, the spray hole is closed at the same time to prevent dripping.
Multifunctional:
adjustable spray size, adjustable spray shape, and can siphon liquid.
Application:
humidification, cooling, spraying, atomization
Size: 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.3mm, 2.0mm
Difference:
ST-5: The use air pressure is between 0.3-0.4Mpa. When the air pressure is lower than 0.3Mpa or closed, the piston will automatically withdraw and close the liquid outlet to imitate the spray.

ST-6: The use air pressure is between 0.15-0.4Mpa. An air circuit is added to the ST-5 to control the piston movement so that the opening and closing of the liquid outlet can be controlled individually.

The spray nozzle flux offers several Features that contribute to its effectiveness in these processes:

Precision Application: Spray nozzles are designed to deliver flux with a high degree of precision. This allows for targeted application, ensuring that the flux is applied only to the desired areas of the workpiece.

Uniform Coating: The spray nozzle’s design helps achieve a uniform and consistent coating of flux on the surface. This is essential for ensuring reliable and high-quality solder joints or coatings.

Adjustable Flow Rate: Many spray nozzle fluxers have adjustable flow rate settings. This feature allows operators to control the amount of flux being applied, adapting to different workpiece requirements or variations in the production process.

Spray Pattern Control: The spray pattern can often be adjusted, allowing for customization based on the specific shape and size of the workpiece. This flexibility ensures efficient coverage and minimizes waste.

Automation Compatibility: Spray nozzle fluxers are often integrated into automated production lines. This automation capability enhances efficiency and consistency in flux applications, especially in high-volume manufacturing environments.

Easy Maintenance: The design of these nozzles often facilitates easy disassembly and cleaning, ensuring that they can be maintained easily to prevent clogging or performance issues.

Compatibility with Various Flux Types: Spray nozzle fluxes are designed to work with different types of flux, accommodating the specific requirements of the soldering or coating process.
