FUJI wide tape feeders can be used for PNP machines NXT III, AIMEX III, NXT-H, NXTR, NXTR PMand so on.
The type of components feeding for H12 head: 0402 (01005″) to 7.5mm x 7.5mm, Max height 3mm; H04 head: 1608 (0603″) to 15mm x 15mm, Max height 3mm; H01 head: 1608 (0603″)to 74 x 74 (32 x 100), Max height 25.4mm.
Feeder tape size from 4mm to 104mm to suit all standard-size components.
Power supply: From the mounter and itself motor.
The intelligent NXT feeder works with pick and place mounter and can achieve small chips with efficient placement accuracy to +/-0.025 mm.
