Why we need a solder paste warm-up machine?

A warm-up machine for solder paste is essential because solder paste, which is stored at low temperatures to maintain its quality, must be brought to room temperature before use. If the solder paste is used while it’s still cold, several issues can arise, such as:

Viscosity Control: Cold solder paste has a higher viscosity, making it difficult to apply evenly, which affects the soldering quality.

Moisture Condensation: When cold paste is exposed to room air, moisture can condense on it, leading to poor solder joints or defects.
